Welcome to Lorikeet Counselling, I'm Lyndel. My approach is unique, for those who may have had a less than stellar experience with therapy or for those who may be a little nervous about seeking help. I don't come to sessions with an agenda and I show up intensely human - messy hair, with a laugh and a few choice swear words, so you can too.
I specialise in relationships - romantic, family, platonic, self - and believe in the power of thought, behaviour and self awareness. I have experience with high conflict family dynamics, blended family dynamics and co-parenting skills and ENM relationships. I see clients across Canada from BC to Ontario, including NWT and Yukon. Excluding Quebec. If I happen to be visiting your city and you're a current client, I would LOVE to meet up for an in person walk and talk session!
